BROADCASTING ON SCHOOL RADIO #1

In the school hall our Radio coordinator, Lourdes López, set up a mobile stand for the school radio. From there, a very nice activity takes place, which we describe below.

Lourdes López, Mª Luisa Dávila and Juan Antonio at the RadioEdu stand (Hall of the centre).

During the whole mobility week our students Nerea Capilla and Mario Mateoswere the reporters of RadioEdu, our innovation project on school radio, coordinated by teacher Lourdes López López. They performed like two true professionals and interviewed teachers, guest students, our multilingualism advisor Ana María del Mazo and political authorities such as Antonio Fernández Osuna and Susana Fajardo. Below we invite you to click on the button and listen to the radio programme which is the result of our effort, commitment and collaboration.
We hope you like it!

BROADCASTING ON SCHOOL RADIO #2

On Friday 3 February all mobility participants attended a live programme on the school radio presented by Lourdes López (radio coordinator) and Juan Antonio Rincón. The benefits of the activity are numerous. Among them we can mention the following:
  • Disseminate the experience to all our educational communities.
  • Stimulate debate on mobility issues: activities, moments, gastronomy, sightseeings...
  • Improve speaking in a foreign language (English).
  • Fostering teamwork skills.
We invite you to listen to the radio programme.

Mobility in Spain - Mural on a wall at School

On one of the walls on the second floor of our school we made a mural on the topics of the project. It was a collaborative work in which pupils from each association painted the theme of their school:

  • Denmark: emotions.
  • Italy: healthy food.
  • Lithuania: recycling and environmental care.
  • Slovenia: sports.
  • Spain: healthy use of mobile devices.

It is a reminder both of the project and of our partners' time in our school.

We all signed on the wall.

Mobility in Spain - Good Practices

During the months prior to the mobility, students and teachers worked on good educational practices on the following topics:

  • Pros and cons of living hyper-connected.
  • General rules of behavior on the Internet: Netiquette.
  • Preventing and dealing with cyberbullying.

All information about curricular materials and the organisation of activities can be consulted in the section of our website.

During the mobility each school presented the good practices. Here are some photos of the activity.

THANKS!
