Spanish Agency Training Session: Post 2

SESSION 4: MY CENTRE'S PROJECT HAS BEEN SELECTED, NOW WHAT?

In the case of our centre, as partners, we will have to do the following tasks:

  1. Signing and sending the grant agreement on e-sepie. Link to the portal. The steps we have to follow are Download the agreement - Sign it electronically - Upload it through the e-sepie register. In Annex II we can consult the budget granted and it is important to review it before signing.
  2. Read the project calmly.
  3. Communicate with the coordinator and partners.
  4. Ask the coordinator for the project and the quality evaluation.
  5. Agree with the Management Team on the following actions: Inform the Education Inspectorate, Faculty and Board about what we are going to do and the results we expect.
  6. Gather the team and distribute the tasks. Our team will be made up of the following teachers:
    1. María Luisa Dávila Ladero (Director).
    2. Eva Mª Moriel Jiménez (Head of Studies).
    3. Ester León Carrascal (Secretary).
    4. Laura Nogales Carrión (Child Tutor 4 years A).
    5. Belén López Moreno (Children's Tutor 5 years old).

    7. María Nieves Jaraíz Sánchez (Tutor 3º A)
    8. Rebeca Rivas Ortiz (Tutor 5º A)

  7. Distribute the tasks:
    1. Contact persons: María Luisa Dávila Ladero and Juan Antonio Rincón Carballo. Functions: General coordination, mobility management, SEPIE contact, contact with partners and Mobility Tool+.
    2. Director: María Luisa Dávila Ladero. Functions: General coordination, mobility management, contact with SEPIE, contact with partners and Mobility Tool+: Responsible for documentation.
    3. Head of Studies: Travel management and communication with authorities.
    4. Secretary: Ester León Carrascal. Duties: Accounting, economic justification before SEPIE and Extremadura.
    5. Translator: Inés Mª Carretero González. Functions: If necessary for any specific communication.
    6. Head of Communication: Juan Antonio Rincón Carballo. Functions: Creation of the blog; maintenance of the blog, the centre's website and social networks; dissemination to the media.
    7. Selection committee for participants in the transnational activities: Mª Luisa Dávila Ladero, Eva Mª Moriel Jiménez, Ester León Carrascal and Juan Antonio Rincón Carballo).
  8. Read the Subsidy Agreement.

SESSION 5: WHAT IS MY INSTITUTION'S COMMITMENT TO THE PROJECT?
This session discusses in detail the annexes that make up the Convention.
  • Annex I: General conditions.
  • Annex II: Description of the project and budget.
  • Annex III: Financial and contractual rules.
  • Annex IV: Applicable tariffs for unit costs
  • Special conditions: Document signed by the centre's director and SEPIE.
For any application to SEPIE, we will use Spanish as the language. At the end of the project, we will present a report justifying the expenses we have incurred. For transnational activities we must have parental consent (Clause 1.13) which is kept by the centre.

If we have to virtualize any activity as a consequence of the COVID-19, as far as Exceptional Costs are concerned, we may transfer up to 10% of the funds allocated by any budget category based on contributions per unit for the purchase and/or rental of equipment and/or services needed to carry out virtual mobility activities.
